2. Ingredients

Rice: 3 cups
Yogurt: 1 cup
Butter: 50 g
Egg yolk: 2

Barberry: 100 g
Sugar: 1 teaspoon

3. Recipe

Step 1: You need to prepare the chicken breast. To do this, put the chicken breast with a few cups of water and chopped onion and turmeric inside a pot. Then place the pot on a medium flame. After the chicken breast is cooked, turn the flame off and let it cool down a bit. then shave the chicken breast completely and put it in a bowl and set it aside.

Step 4: Choose a large bowl and then add the egg yolk along with the rose water and infused saffron and stir until the raw smell of the egg disappears.
